Jordanians second largest Arab buyer in Turkey property market

Jordanians were among the top investors in Turkey's real estate market, according to statistic recently released by the Turkish Statistics Agency.

Real estate sales to foreigners in Turkey rose by 82% in January compared to the same month in 2018, after Iraqis who topped the list.

The data showed that Jordanians bought 151 properties while the Iraqis bought 605. Among non-Arabs, Iranians bought 305 properties, followed by Russians 195, and Afghans 191.

Real estate sales in Turkey rose 78% last year compared to 2017, where Iraqis bought more than 8,000 properties.
