On Tuesday evening, civil defense cadres rescued a forty-year-old man who had fallen into a deep valley in Tafila.

The Department of Information of the Civil Defense said that rescue and ambulance teams in Tafileh dealt with the accident and saved a man who suffered fractures and bruises throughout his body in the area of Al-Barad / Qadisiyah.

The Department of Information added that rescue teams and ambulances moved immediately to the scene of the incident, on foot, for a distance of about 2 km due to the rough terrain of the area.

Civil defense teams transferred the man to Prince Zeid Military Hospital.
