Several buses carrying hundreds of right-wing Israeli settlers stormed Joseph's Tomb in the northern occupied West Bank city of Nablus on early Monday, to perform religious rituals, under heavy Israeli military protection.

Violent clashes broke out between Palestinians and Israeli forces in the area which led to the injury of a Palestinian youth, who got hit with a bullet in his thigh. Israeli forces used teargas to disperse the conflict.
