The Spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said on Sunday, 20 January, that the autopsy report on the body of the Kuwaiti man who was found dead in the Deir Ghbar area in Amman on Saturday has shown that his death was accidental.

The report stated that the cause of death was due to multiple severe injuries caused by falling from a high altitude, adding that there are no criminal charges in connection with his death.

On Saturday, the Kuwaiti Embassy in Amman released a statement after the body was discovered in a building under construction in the capital.

In the statement, Kuwaiti Ambassador Aziz Al-Dihani said that his country’s embassy has been closely following up on the incident since Jordanian authorities reported the incident to them yesterday morning.

Al-Dihani did not release any information about the deceased, except that he was born in 1992.
