Director General of the Jordanian Information Authority Mohammad Qtaishat said that the number of licensed television stations reached 36 stations by the end of this year, and the number of radio stations 37.

He added that the number of licensed paper press publications reached 31, including 10 daily paper press releases, 17 weekly, 3 monthly and one annual.

The number of electronic publications licensed were 182 electronic publications.
