Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) continued to demolish and remove the building next to the Sweileh Bus Station project, located in Princess Haya Street, which is part of the Amman’s Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project.

The director of joint administration of GAM, Mohammed Al-Faouri, said that the street will be closed on a daily basis from 12 pm until 6 am until the end of the week, to complete work and ensure public safety and non-disruption of traffic.

He pointed out that Princess Haya Street was closed today for two hours and traffic detours were made in coordination with the Department of Traffic to ensure public safety during the demolition.
