A report published by the Audit Bureau of Jordan on Wednesday, November 1, revealed that in 2017, Head of the Land Transport Regulatory Commission (LTRC) acted against the law by using two of the Commission’s cars for his personal use.

The report showed that the LTRC paid JD6,693 for the maintenance and repairs of one of the cars, while they also splurged around JD700 in just one month on petrol.

In addition, the LTRC Head violated the law by lending the car to some of his employees.

The Audit Bureau demanded that the LTRC pays back the amount they’d spent on petrol, without providing any legal documents.

The report has revealed many other violations, which you can read about in a detailed article soon to follow this one.
