A school bus driver lost control of his vehicle and crashed into one moving car and another stationary car on one of Amman’s busiest roads in the Tabarbour area on Tuesday, October 23, 2018.

A video of the gut-wrenching moment went viral online, prompting social media users to aggressively criticize the driver and blame him for the accident.

In the video, the bus is seen swaying in the distance and speeding towards moving traffic.

At first, the bus pushes a small van out of the way, before crashing into a parked car and just about missing hitting a young boy who was standing next to it.

The Central Traffic Department (CTD) has not released a statement to reveal which school the bus belonged to or why the driver lost control of his vehicle.
