The United States Department of State (USDS) announced on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, the start of registration for immigration to the United States through the Electronic Diversity Visa Lottery.

The USDS said the registration for the lottery began on Wednesday evening, Jordan time, and will end on November 2, 2018.
