Jordanian Ministry of Health stated that it has permitted Ghadeer Mineral Water Co. to resume its Nestlé water production line and allow its distribution back to the local market, on Monday, September 10, 2018.

This comes after conducting all the necessary laboratory tests which confirmed the safety of the line and its products. The Ministry also stressed that Nestlé water fully complies with all applicable safety regulations and standards.

Earlier this month, the water company pulled off the shelves all its 0.33 ml water bottles as a cautionary move following an alert by the Jordanian Ministry of Health which stated that some of the bottled water produced on that date did not meet the required standards and specifications, and warned that it could be unsafe to consume.
