The window for enrolling in public universities in Jordan is open as of tomorrow, the Coordination Unit at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced today.

Applications are to be submitted online through www.admhec.gov.jo up until Monday, August 27, 2018.

According to a press release issued by the Coordination Unit, students who achieved a minimum of 65% in Tawjihi -or its equivalent High School exam- are eligible to apply. Application fees can be e-paid through eFAWATEERcom, a payment service provided online through the Central Bank of Jordan.

A text message will be sent to the student's phone number containing a UserID and a password in order to complete his or her application process.

Payments can also be secured through channels that are compatible with eFAWATEERcom service, such as Jordanian Post Offices, e-banking, branches of local banks and their ATMs, points of sale in Safeway, Carrefour, and official Money Exchange outlets.
