Jordanian Minister of Finance, Ezzedine Kanakrieh, announced that the Ministry will secure August salaries ahead of Eid Al-Adha.

According to a statement released on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, employees of both public and military sectors will receive their August salaries in the period between 16-19 August, 2018.

This decision also includes pensioners who will receive their pensions from the Social Security Corporation (SSC).

This intends to ease the financial burden on citizens and facilitate their needs prior to the Eid Al-Adha Holiday.

When is Eid Al-Adha 2018 Holiday?

A four-day holiday starting on the first day of Eid Al Adha; Wednesday, August 22, 2018 until Saturday, August 25, 2018.
