Celebrity sisters Mila and Ella El Hachem are about to welcome a new addition to their family; a little someone who will temporarily steal the limelight away from them and their famous mama, Nancy Ajram.

Yes, the Lebanese superstar is pregnant with her third child from her celebrity dentist hubby Fadi El Hachem, much to the delight of her millions of fans across the globe.

But the girls, who are aged nine and seven, don’t care about the media attention their new sister or brother is going to grab, as Nancy revealed that it was their wish to have another sibling.

“Mila & Ella’s wish has been fulfilled,” Nancy captioned a photo of her girls on Instagram, in which the sweet young ladies held up a sign each that read: “We have a secret!” and “We are going to be big sisters.”
