Jordan and Iraq signed a Military-Security agreement that is set to exchange expertise in various fields.
Areas of cooperation will include expertise related to border security, Army Intelligence capabilities, joint sessions of field-training and courses, fighting terrorism, crisis management, strengthening research and development skills.
The signing ceremony was attended by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Jordanian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Mahmoud Freihat, Iraqi Ambassador in Amman Safia Al Suhail, as well as Secretary of Defense of Iraq, Erfan al-Hiyali, and members of his accompanied delegation.
