Twenty-five of activists marched from Tafileh Governorate, South of Jordan, towards the capital Amman. The on-foot journey, which started five days ago, began in Tafileh and passed by Karak and Madaba on its way to Amman.

Activists, who reached the capital on Saturday, headed towards Jabal Amman’s fourth circle, but security forces prevented them from getting there. They are now gathered outside Taj Mall in Abdoun.

Organizers of the march said they came from Tafila to Amman to express their support for the Prime Minister, Omar Razzaz, in his fight against corruption, especially after the recent scandal of the “Tobacco Factory.”
