The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Jordan tweeted a cautionary post addressed to Jordanians in order to warn them against “fake" employment ads.

The tweet advised the citizens to stay alert when dealing with job-related links that are being widely circulated as job announcements by the State of Qatar. 

Minister of Labour Samir Murad announced last Tuesday that 1,000 job opportunities in Qatar will be allocated to eligible Jordanian applicants within the next two months.

Such advertisements are not accredited nor real, as the Jordanian Technical Committee is still working on building an electronic platform which will be ready to receive applications soon through official channels, the Embassy added.
