3.7 earthquake hits Tiberias

An earthquake originating from Lake Tiberias of a 3.7 magnitude was recorded on Sunday morning around 10:00 AM local time.

The area has been going through a seismic activity which triggered a series of minor earthquakes throughout the span of one month; July 2018.

Tremors from earthquakes have been mostly felt by residents in Northern areas of the Kingdom and some areas in Amman governorate; Sahab, Zarqa and Rsaifeh.

Earlier this month, the Government has issued instructions on how to deal with earthquake incidents during and after its occurrence.
