The health department at Al Mafraq Municipality managed to seize a bakery after finding insects and expired materials inside it.

Mafraq Mayor, Amer Nayel al-Daghmi, said that the cadres of the health department, in cooperation with the Royal Police for Environmental Protection in Mafraq, managed to seize a bakery after finding insects and expired materials inside it

He added that the cadres of the department do not compromise with all the violations of the health and safety conditions in terms of food and safety of citizens.

The director of the department in the municipality of Mafraq Khaled Shalabi said that they seized the bakery during their routine tour.

Al-Shalabi added that the health department will continue its routine tours on morning and night shifts to protect the health and the safety of the citizens.
