A crane collapsed across a construction site in the Boulevard at the Abdali Project in Amman on Saturday afternoon, causing four injuries.

Civil Defence Department (CDD) crews rushed to the scene, where they administered first aid to the injured, prior to sending them to nearby hospitals. Their medical conditions are moderate, the CDD stated.

Photos from the scene show the crane laying on top of a vehicle and a truck, with visible damages to nearby properties.

On the other hand, the General Secretariat of the Jordanian House of Representatives announced that the crane icident disrupted their solar-energy system, after solar-panels in the Council’s premises were severely damaged by the crash.
