Tens of Jordanians gathered on Friday in front of Al-Hussiny Mosque in the down town of Amman protesting against the U.S. opening in Jerusalem on Monday.

Protestors at the demonstration that was organized by the Islamic movement chanted pro-Palestinian and anti-Trump slogans.

60 Palestinians were killed earlier on Monday near the borders of Gaza as thousands protested against the embassy moving, and commemorating the 70th anniversary of Palestinian Nakba.

Ivanka Trump, daughter of the U.S. President Donald Trump Donald Trump, along with her husband Jared Kushner, main advisor of Trump, led on Monday an official delegation that opened the embassy in Jerusalem.

Demonstrations in Gaza started on March 30 after Hamas and other militant groups called for them, and provided free transportations to the borders. Since then, more than 100 people were killed.

Jordan witnessed many demonstrations during last week in many cities against the American step.
