If you’re currently in the eastern part of Jordan or in the Zarqa Governorate, then you will be witnessing thunderstorms and a whole lot of dust flying up in the air.

Arabia Weather predicts that this wave of dust might be moving towards other cities in the Kingdom in the next few hours, including Amman.

Jordan has witnessed terribly unstable weather all last week, which was accompanied by thunderstorms, dust and rain.

Heavy rainfall brought along with it floods on Thursday night, and hundreds of people were evacuated in different areas of the country, while dozens of sheep were killed by the heavy floods in Mafraq and Wadi Araba.

Anyone suffering from asthma or respiratory diseases is advised to stay indoors during dust storms.
