The Jordanian Grand Criminal Court sentenced on Thursday morning two men to death for the voluntary manslaughter of Lebanese radio talk show host, Mazen Diab, in Amman in 2014.

Two other men were also sentenced to eight and 12 years imprisonment and hard labour for the robbery of the 31-year-old victim in accordance to Article 401 of the Jordanian Penal Code.

Mazen Diab had been robbed and beaten in his apartment in west Amman on Aug.15, 2014 . He was found dead with his hands tied behind his back and according to the forensic report, he had died due to internal bleeding. The perpetrators were caught within 24 hours of the crime.
