A sharp drop in temperatures is in the forecast for Friday as weather returns to the average for March after a warm week.
On Friday, high clouds will be seen in the kingdom’s sky and winds are expected to stir dust in all regions and reduce visibility in desert areas.
In Amman maximum temperatures will return to the annual average of 12°C which is a 10 degree drop from Thursday’s spike. A chill of 5°C and fogs can be expected during the night according to Arabia Weather.
In the northern areas the weather will be cloudy with temperatures of 16°C during the day and 10°C during the night.
Aqaba will mostly witness clear blue skies with the occasional appearance of scattered clouds. Maximum temperatures will be 28°C, which is just 4 degrees lower than yesterday. At night, skies will be clear with a minimum temperature of 14°C.
Unfortunately, Friday will not be very suitable for outdoor activities for people with asthma as the dust may cause headaches and difficulty breathing.
On Saturday, pleasant weather is expected to return with high clouds and northwesterly moderate to brisk winds.
