Two Palestinian youths shot over alleged stabbing attempt

Two Palestinian youths were injured by Israeli live bullets on Za’atara military checkpoint, South of Nablus, over alleged attempt to carry out a stabbing attack.

Israeli forces opened fire at two youths injuring both in their lower limbs. One was believed to be moderately injured and the second light.

However, Israeli forces reportedly prevented ambulances from taking them to the hospital, however; they were taken by an Israeli ambulance, according to the Emergency head in the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.

Israeli military forces closed the checkpoint following the alleged stabbing attempt, blocking traffic in the area.
