A group of Israeli settlers attacked a Palestinian school in Bethlehem on Wednesday, Middle East Monitor (MEM) reported citing Felesteen.ps.

The settlers broke the door of the school and damaged facilities, according to a member of the Palestinian Authority anti-settlement committee.

He added that Palestinians have rushed to the school before the settlers fled the scene.

Meanwhile, in Eastern Jerusalem, Israeli settlers reportedly damaged vehicles belonging to Palestinians predawn on Wednesday, and sprayed “racist slogans” on them.

Settlers’ act of destroying Palestinian belongings in the West Bank, is a regular occurence.

Earlier last month, Israeli settlers reportedly attacked Palestinian vehicles near the Huwwara Israeli military checkpoint, north of West Bank district of Nablus.

Palestinians claim that rock throwing represents a natural reaction to frustrations caused by the occupation of the West bank.

However, Israel passed laws in 2015 allowing for up to 20 years in prison if a Palestinians was charged with throwing stones at vehicles and a minimum of three years for throwing stones at an Israeli.
