Many of us find packing extremely stressful, because most airlines don’t allow us to pack more than 23 kilos of items in our suitcases.

The UAE’s Emirates Airline is temporarily relieving this stress with an offer no traveller can refuse.

For a limited time only, Dubai’s national carrier is allowing its passengers up to 45 kilos of free baggage allowance on 30 destinations, INCLUDING the standard free allowance of 30 kilos.

The offer is only open to those travelling from Dubai.

Interested passengers must book their flight by January 31, as the offer is valid until June 10, 2018.

From March 23-25, 2018, the offer is only applicable to those travelling to Tehran, Iran.

Emirates announced a similar offer last year, and decided to come up with a new one in 2018, due to high customer demand on certain routes at this time of year.

“Despite our baggage allowances being amongst the most generous in the industry, we are always looking for ways to enhance our product offering for our customers, particularly on certain routes and at times of the year when we know they will be packing more,” an Emirates spokesperson told Gulf News.

“By increasing the baggage allowance, we are alleviating customers’ packing stress and allowing them to pack more for themselves or take gifts for their family and friends.”
