Israeli forces reportedly fired tear gas at a high school in Ya’abad town of Jenin on Tuesday, northern West Bank, according to Wafa News Agency.

A number of Palestinian students suffered suffocation after the Israeli forces raided the school of Izz al-DIn in the morning, causing panic among the students, a school teacher told Wafa.

Clashes continued in different parts of the West Bank, including Nablus, Jenin, Hebron, Tulkarm, Jerusalem and many other cities.

However, there were no clashes at that time in the area, when the soldiers broke into the school without any warning.

UN figures read that between December 5th and the 18th, 162 searches and arrests were carried out by Israeli forces in the West Bank.
