Israeli special forces, disguised as Palestinian protesters, arrested five Palestinian youth who were protesting against Trump’s decision in Al Bireh city in Ramallah on Wednesday.

Two girls and three wounded men were arrested during clashes which erupted on the northern entrance of the city between Israeli military forces and Palestinian protesters.

Protesters were in the streets of the city for the seventh day in a row, in rejection of Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the Israeli capital.

The Israeli special forces, who are part of a unit called Mista'arvim, wore Palestinian kufiya and sneaked between protesters, attacking them with their weapons. One fired shots into the air, leaving many injuries among the crowd, before managing to arrest the five protesters.

The Mista'arvim were backed by the Israeli military forces, who appeared after they entered the protest and fired tear gas towards protesters to keep them at bay from the Mista'arvim.

The Mista'arvim units are Israeli security units who are affiliated to the Israeli Defence Forces.
They are known for looking exactly and speaking exactly like Arabs and taking part in Palestinian protests before turning against them to arrest them on behalf of the Israeli forces.
