One Palestinian was killed by Israeli fire today in Gaza as hundreds demonstrated near the borders against Donald Trump latest decision to recognize Jerusalem as the Israeli capital, while more than 700 were injured in the clashes in Gaza, Jerusalem, and the West Bank.

Demonstrations started today after the Friday prayer in what was called “day of rage” against the highly controversial American decision which was made on Wednesday.

Other demonstrations were held in many other Islamic capitals such as Amman, Cairo, and Istanbul.

Trump has also said that America will be moving its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem as a part of the recognition, and this is meant to enhance the peace process between Israel and Palestinians.

In response, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas condemned the step saying that Jerusalem will always be Arabic and Palestinian.

Hamas leader Ismael Haneyya called for a new uprising as a response to the huge step.
