The House of Deputies will head to the Royal Hashemite Court on Wednesday to officially reply to the Speech from the Throne which was delivered by King Abdullah II at the opening of the second ordinary session of the 18th parliament, said Lower House speaker, Atef Tarawneh.

Both the Lower and Upper Houses of Parliament submit their official replies within fourteen days after the delivery of the Speech from the Throne.

The committee responsible for drafting the response was headed by Deputy Fawzi Tuaimeh, and included Deputies Mazen Al-Qadi, Awwad Al Zawaydeh, Khaled Bakkar, Zeid Shawabkeh, and sixteen more.
