Mahmoud Freihat, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, met with his Tanzanian counterpart, James Mwakibolwa.

Mwakibolwa, accompanied by his delegation, were greeted by a military parade by the Jordanian honor guard.

The two chairmen reviewed and discussed means of cooperation and coordination between the militaries of the two countries.

Mwakibolwa was then briefed by senior officers of the Jordanian army on various duties carried out by the Jordanian Armed Forces.
