The London-based Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper said that the reconciliation agreement signed between Rival Palestinian Parties Hamas and Fatah earlier last week conditions that none of the parties will attack or sign a peace agreement with Israel unilaterally.
The paper said that this agreement would include Gaza and the West Bank, which means that Hamas will stop attacking Israel in the West Bank, which is a turning point of how Israel deals with Israel.
The two factions signed a reconciliation agreement ending a decade-long split.
