The Palestinian government asked for international intervention to stop all Israeli violations in occupied territories, which are proving to be a threat to Palestinian lands and to signed agreements between Palestine and Israel.

Yousef Mahmoud, the official spokesperson for the Palestinian government said today that recent development granting Israeli settlers in Hebron -a city home to 200 thousand Palestinians and 800 Israelis- autonomy autonomy within the city through the establishment of a city council of their own, was an “unprecedented danger.”

He said that Israel is defacing the sites of the city of Hebron by Israel through “judaisation”, and enforcing plans to expel Palestinians from their homes.

Mahmoud asked UNESCO and international organizations to mobilize efforts to stop Israel’s disregard for international laws.
