Dozens of Palestinians were injured after clashes with Israeli forces today in the courtyards of Al Aqsa Mosque.

An Israeli special military regiment broke into Al Aqsa’s courtyards and attacked Palestinians who had just entered through Hatta gate.

The Red Crescent reports that their staff has tended to 41 injuries during the conflict at the Hatta and Al Asbat gates.

The Israeli forces were reported to have used tear gas, rubber bullets and sonic grenades to suppress the worshippers.

A hundred-thousand Palestinians were reported to have entered the Mosque through Hatta gate today after two weeks of Palestinian protests against the stringent security measures Israeli authorities have been applying on Al Aqsa.
