Jordan’s Al-Faisaly football team has killed it once again, scoring its second successive win at the Arab Club Championships in Egypt on Tuesday night.

After beating Algeria’s Nasr Athletic Hussein-Dey (1-0), and Egypt’s Al Ahly team last Saturday, “El Za3eem” is just one point away from qualifying for the semi-finals.

Al-Faisaly fans are keeping their fingers crossed that their team wins for the third time on Friday, when the Jordanian players face off the Emirati Al Wahda Football Club.

While Al-Faisaly is ahead of the game with six points, Al Ahly and Nasr Athletic Hussein-Dey have just scored three points so far, while Al Wahda comes in last place with no points to its name.

The championship will end on August 6.

The winning team will scoop a whopping $2.5 million, while each team will automatically receive $125,000 for taking part in the competition.
