The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) moved a humanitarian aid caravan to the Gaza Strip, in coordination with the Jordanian army.

The caravan is made up of five trucks loaded with 2000 charity packages provided by the Gulf-based Layan charity.

The packages will be delivered to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) in Gaza where it will be distributed to those in need.

The Layan initiative held a charitable campaign last year to collect donations from Gulf countries, to provide humanitarian assistance to the Gaza Strip during Ramadan and before Eid Al Fitr.
